Make an oval starting from the 2nd ch from hook, work on both sides of the chain.
R 1: From the 2nd ch from hook: 2 sc, 3 sc in last st, turn and crochet on the opposite side of the chain: 1 sc, inc (8)
R 2: inc, 1 sc, 3 inc, 1 sc, 2 inc (14)
R 3-4: 14 sc (2 rows)
Sl st and leave a long tail for sewing.
Embroider nose with black floss.
Sew all details together.
Heart (make 2)
With red yarn:
Make 3 ch.
R 1: From the 2nd ch from hook: 2 sc, 1 turning chain
R 2: 2 inc, 1 turning chain (4)
R 3: inc, 2 sc, inc, 1 turning chain (6)
R 4: 6 sc, 1 turning chain
R 5: 3 sc, 1 turning chain

Attach yarn to the other side and crochet:
