With brown yarn:

R 5-7: 24 sc (3 rows)
R 8: 4 sc, 6 dec, 6 sc, change to beige yarn: 2 sc [18]
R 9: 5 sc, 2 dec, 9 sc [16]
R 10: 5 sc, 1 dec, 9 sc [15]
R 11: 3 sc, 2 dec, 8 sc [13]
R 12: 3 sc, 1 dec, 8 sc [12]
R 13-23: 12 sc (11 rows)
R 24: 1 sc only
1 ch, fold the top opening flat and 6 sc through both sides.
Fasten off and leave a long tail for sewing.
First arm
With brown yarn:

Change to beige yarn:
